Your bikes are in good hands

Whether it's a dodgy gear change, a squeal from the brakes, or a bike that's been sat in the shed for three years - we'll sort it. Our workshop handles everything from quick fixes and routine servicing to full custom builds and crash damage repairs, across both our Long Ashton and Southville locations.

Our head mechanic Timo is a proper bike nut with deep knowledge across road, mountain, e-bikes and everything in between. He leads a team that genuinely cares about getting your bike running perfectly - not just ticking boxes. We work on all makes and models, use quality parts, and always talk you through what we're doing and why. We're not a faceless chain workshop. We're your local bike shop, and we treat every bike - whether it's a kid's first Frog or a full-carbon race machine - with the same attention.

What does it cost?

Here's what our workshop charges for individual repairs and service jobs. If you're not sure what your bike needs, pop in for a free health check and we'll let you know.

Where you see two prices, the first is the standalone price and the second is the price when added onto a service or other workshop job.

Most e-bike work that goes beyond standard mechanical servicing is charged at our hourly rate of £60 per hour. For example, changing cable and housing on some e-bikes involves dropping the motor unit out, which takes longer than a standard gear service.

We'll always discuss costs with you before starting any work.

Frequently asked questions

How often should I get my bike serviced?

For regular riders, we recommend a service at least once a year - more often if you're riding through winter or on trails. A good rule of thumb: if something doesn't feel right, don't ignore it. Catching a small problem early is always cheaper than fixing a big one later.

What does "from" mean on your prices?

Some jobs vary depending on the bike. For example, an internal cable route on a modern aero frame takes longer than an external one on a classic steel bike. The "from" price is the starting point - we'll confirm the exact cost before we start any work.

Can I supply my own parts?

Absolutely. If you've already got the parts, we're happy to fit them. We can also source parts for you if you'd prefer - just ask.
