| The Ampere Deluxe 26" is a comfortable, confidence-inspiring step-through electric bike built for riders who prefer a smaller frame and lower standover height. If you find standard 700C-wheeled e-bikes a little too tall, this is the model to look at - it delivers all the same quality and performance in a more compact package. At the heart of the Deluxe 26" sits a smooth, powerful 250W motor producing 65Nm of torque. That is more than enough to flatten Bristol's hills, whether you are climbing up from the harbourside or tackling the long drag out to Long Ashton. The integrated lithium-ion battery slots neatly inside the frame, keeping the bike looking clean and the weight nicely balanced. Choose between 10Ah and 14Ah capacities depending on your typical ride length - the larger battery extends your range to around 55 miles on a single charge, which is comfortably enough for a week of shorter commutes before you need to plug in. The spec sheet reads well for an e-bike at this price point. Shimano MT-200 hydraulic disc brakes provide reliable stopping power in all weather conditions, and the Shimano Altus 7-speed drivetrain gives you a good spread of gears for both flat riding and climbs.
